How to Change Original (long) URL


You may be wondering if it possible for you to change the original (long) URL you used in our shortening system. offers this service on a per-request basis. To see if you qualify for this feature, please contact your Account Manager.

Changing a link

If you are approved, here's how you will go about changing a link.

Login to your URL Dashboard and navigate to Links at the top. Proceed to Edit a link and you will see, in the Edit Window that appears, a new text field showing you the original (long) URL. You can edit this URL directly in the text field, click Save Changes to save your new destination URL.
